INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Government of Republic of Maldives represented by Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy is hiring an Event Organizer to conceptualize, plan, coordinate and set up a Public Engagement Event in celebration of 2026 World Ozone Day. The Ministry now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for this project.
A complete set of the bidding documents and related documentation is available on the Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy’s website www.environment.gov.mv for downloading. It is also attached with this advertisement.
Bid Security
The bidder shall furnish a bid security of MVR 1000 ( One Thousand Rufiyaa) for the project. The bid security shall be valid for 120 days from the date of the bid opening.
Bid Validity and Bid Opening
Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy (Dharubaaruge, Faashanaa Maalan), before 10:00 AM Maldivian Time on 14th September 2026. Late bids will be rejected.
The bids will be opened at 10:05AM on 14th September 2026 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.
