Agro National Corporation (AgroNat) is seeking to hire a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who shall mainly be responsible for financial planning and control, analyzing the financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing strategic solutions, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, robustness of accounting information systems, and preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial reports.

IMPORTANT RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NO LIMITED TO:
- Provide support to the Managing Director of AgroNat in ensuring the financial objectives of the Company are achieved.
- Providing support to the Managing Director to ensure financial objectives are achieved and to manage the financial Strategies of the company.
- Ensure the alignment of the strategy, policy, planning and management of the company from a financial perspective in accordance with the company vision and mission.
- Monitor the overall financial performance, financial planning, and management of the company and provide regular input and recommendations to ensure its effective implementation and continuous improvement.
- Develop, monitor, and review the financial activities and procedures of the company and oversee the planning, implementation and quality assurance of financial procedures and policies of the company.
- Regularly analyze the company’s financial status and records and ensure appropriate measures are taken to achieve financial objectives.
- Use good commercial instincts and networking skills to represent the company with professionalism & integrity and to drive business development.
- Using leadership skills to drive others, establish a shared vision and motivate people to work together to achieve shared objectives. Additionally, train, supervise and coordinate the activities of finance and accounting staffs. Provide strategic support and recommendations to the Managing Director on actions that require his direction.
- Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard the financial integrity of the company, monitor contracts, assets and ensure compliance with government regulations standards and international accounting standards, and industry best practices.
- Recommend, develop, and maintain financial databases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
- Oversee the accounting and budgeting functions of the company and ensure the functions follow that of the Group.
- Ensure all financial reports are prepared and submitted to adhere with the reporting requirement of Company Financial Statements to the requirements of the Privatization and Corporatization Board (PCB).
WORKING HOURS:
- 08:00am to 16:00pm (Sunday to Thursday; and Saturdays if needed).
