Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers and train kitchen staff
• Oversee kitchen operations and set up, oversee buffets
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work area​

Required Qualifications

• Completed Grade 7 standard 

Preferred Requirements

• Relevant experience in demonstration cooking and menu development
• Able to work on odd hours
