The Government of Maldives (“GOM”) represented by the Ministry of Tourism and Aviation (“MOTCA”) invites eligible investors, local or foreign, to submit their interest to develop a Tourist Resort in the following location.

 Interested parties may submit proposals as follows:

 Meetings to provide information for interested parties shall be held virtually via Microsoft TEAMS, as follows:

           a) Session 1 - 09:00 hrs (Local Time) Wednesday, 09^th September 2026

           b)  Session 2 - 09:00 hrs (Local Time) Wednesday, 14^th October 2026

Those who wish to participate must email to [email protected] expressing the interest with name, email address and phone number, before 12:00hrs on 08^th September 2026 and 13^th October 2026 respectively.

The application form to purchase the Bid Document is attached with this announcement. The Bid Document will be available to purchase from 09^th August 2026 to 16^th November 2026, between 09:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs, excluding government holidays. Applicants are required to submit the completed application form via email to [email protected].
