The Government of Maldives (“GOM”) represented by the Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation (“MoTCA”) invites eligible investors, local or foreign, to submit their interest to develop a Tourist Resort in the plots of lagoons on the list below.

Meetings to provide information for interested parties shall be held virtually via Microsoft TEAMS, as follows:
a)Session 1 - 11:00 hrs (Local Time) Wednesday, 09th September 2026
b)Session 2 - 11:00 hrs (Local Time) Wednesday, 14th October 2026
Those who wish to participate must email to [email protected] expressing the interest with name, email address and phone number, before 12:00hrs on 08th September 2026 and 13th October 2026 respectively.
The application form to purchase the Bid Document is attached with this announcement. The Bid Document will be available to purchase from 09th August 2026 to 17th November 2026, between 09:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs, excluding government holidays. Applicants are required to submit the completed application form via email to [email protected].
