The Government of the Republic of Maldives (GoM) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Digital Maldives for Adaptation, Decentralization and Diversification (D'MADD) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to eligible payments under the contract for the above-mentioned consulting services.

The Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) for this assignment was originally advertised on 12 July 2026 under Advertisement No. (IUL)10-DMADD/10/2026/62.

Please note that the deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest has been extended to 30 July 2026 at 1100 hours (Maldives Time).
