Fuvahmulah City Local Authority Company Limited (FLAC) invites eligible local and international investors, manufacturers, companies and consortiums to submit Expressions of Interest for the development and operation of a bottled drinking water and non-alcoholic packaged beverage products manufacturing facility in Fuvahmulah under a Design-Build-Finance-Operate (DBFO) framework.

This is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. Eligible applicants with relevant technical experience, operational capability and financial capacity may submit an EOI in accordance with the attached EOI document.

Clarification requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] by 11:59 PM, Maldives Time, on 30 July 2026.

Completed EOIs must be submitted electronically to [email protected] by 11:59 PM, Maldives Time, on 20 August 2026.
