The consultant must manage their own schedule to meet project milestones, maintaining a minimum availability of 15–20 hours per week. Must be available for scheduled synchronization meetings during standard operating hours.

Working Hours
|
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar technical discipline with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on, verifiable field experience; OR
- Diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, with a minimum of 4 years of verifiable, hands-on field experience.

Educational Background and Professional Experience:
|
- Proven familiarity with developing backend and frontend systems using popular frameworks.
- Deep expertise in Laravel, MySQL, PHP, and related development environments.
- Proficient in using code versioning tools such as Git.
- Experience building robust frontend experiences (Tailwind CSS)
- Experience in building and working with RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management principles.
- Experience in JavaScript (Vue/React)
- Ability to interpret complex business processes and translate mock-ups into well-executed, production-ready code
- Experience turning ideas and mock-ups into well-executed code
- Prior experience building software applications for public sector or government entities is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated on-the-job experience with Cloud integration or processes.
- Strong self-management, communication, and time-management skills to deliver scopes within strict project timelines.
