The Ministry of Fisheries, Agriculture and Ocean Resources has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Transforming Fisheries Sector Management in South-West Indian Ocean Region and Maldives Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for “Invertebrate Aquaculture Research Specialist”.
The Ministry of Fisheries, Agriculture and Ocean Resources now invites eligible Consultants to submit Expression of Interest. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
Required Documents;
Interested Consultants must submit the following documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications, experience, and responsiveness to this TOR:
- Letter of Expression of Interest (EOI)
- Updated Curriculum Vitae (including description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills etc.)
- Work reference letters
- Technical proposal including;
- Methodology to achieve deliverables
- Proposed workplan with timeline and Milestones
- Data collection methods
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” first published July 2016 and revised February 2025, sixth edition (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
