JOB VACANCY
Maldives Tourism Development Corporation Plc. (MTDC) invites enthusiastic and energetic Maldivians who are willing to work in the following job position.
POST: Operations Officer
WORK SITE: Naagoashi Project / MTDC Head Office, Male’
Contract Period: 2 years
Remuneration: Negotiable, based on qualifications and work experience.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide administrative and logistical support for project operations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to plans and timelines.
• Perform routine inspections across operational sites to ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare brief reports on site observations, progress, and key issues.
• Track project milestones and highlight risks, delays, and performance updates.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 passes at O-Level.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience would be an added advantage
- Proficiency in English and Dhivehi
- Exceptional communication, time-management, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated team player with collaborative spirit and ability to work independently
REMUNERATION: Negotiable based on experience and qualification.
