Regional Airports Company Limited (RACL) is seeking dedicated, motivated, and energetic individuals to join the Grounf Operations Team at Hanimaadhoo International Airport (HAQ).
Successful candidates will play a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient, and timely ground handling operations to support airport and airline activities.
Key Responsibilities
Operation Officer
- Supervise and coordinate daily ramp and cargo operations in compliance with airport safety and operational standards.
- Oversee loading/unloading, cargo handling, and equipment operations.
- Maintain effective communication with flight operations, airside control, and other departments.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, logs, and shift handovers.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to safety and security protocols.
Airport Hand
- Safely handle passenger baggage during loading and unloading operations.
- Sort, tag, and transfer baggage as per flight schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in baggage handling areas.
- Assist ramp teams in aircraft turnaround operations when required.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Operations Officers: Completed O’ Level with at least 3 passes.
- Airport Hands: Completed Grade 10 or possess Basic Literacy with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in ground handling.
Additional Requirement:
- Candidates must be between the age 18 to 35 years.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of airside safety and operational procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions.
