Job Responsibilities 

• Oversee daily sea freight import and export sales operations, ensuring smooth bookings and shipment processing.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing shipment updates and pre-arrival notifications.
• Follow up on quotations, support business conversion, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with local and overseas agents regarding documentation, shipment updates, and confirmations.
• Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documents in accordance with company procedures.
• Issue freight invoices in a timely manner and liaise with the finance department for settlements.
• Handle correspondence promptly and maintain well-organized records of all transactions.
• Perform additional commercial and sales coordination duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications 

• Diploma in Related Field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Able to work independently and willing to work long hours.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Customer service oriented.
• Positive working attitude and a good team player.
