Interested and competent contractors wishing to carry out the above project must submit the following documents with the official quotation/proposal.

Mandatory Documents:

The following documents must be submitted as part of the bid. Failure to submit any of the listed mandatory documents will result in the bid being deemed non responsive and the bid will not be considered for further evaluation.

• Copy of Company Registration Certificate
• Company Profile Information sheet issued by the Ministry of Economic Development
• GST/MIRA Registration Certificate
• Declaration of No Conflict of Interest
