Background

The Government of Maldives (GoM) through the Ministry of Agriculture, and Animal Welfare (MoAAW) is implementing the Maldives Agriculture Programme (MAP) with financing from International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). The Programme is managed by the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) set-up within the MoAAW in accordance with the guidelines provided by the design report, implementation manual and under the guidance of the project steering committee and IFAD supervision missions.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the position, the individual is expected to demonstrate the requirements as per the attached "Terms of Reference".

Schedule for the Assignment

Duration of the assignment is until the end of September 2026. The successful candidate is expected to commence the services immediately.

Remuneration

Successful individual will be paid an all-inclusive monthly allowance of MVR 9,612/-

• Accredited copies of Academic Certificates with transcripts (Documents accepted are copy of accredited certificates/ Letter of completion from the university together with a written document from Maldives Qualification Authority stating that the course completed is accredited to a certain level.)
• Employment letter from past and present employer/ Job reference letters
