Demand letter

We are looking for energetic and motivated Specialist Medical Professionals to work in hospitals/ health centers which is under Ministry of Health in Maldives.

Required number of health professionals

• Specialist Medical Practitioners

Minimum Criteria and Qualification: 

Specialist Medical Practitioners  

• Master Degree qualification in the field of specialty (minimum 3-year program)  
• Minimum One (1) year clinical experience as a specialist after Master Degree  
• Completed Bachelors of Medicine and Bachelors of Surgery (MBBS) recognized by Maldives Medical and Dental Council 
• Completion of 12 months’ internship after MBBS. 
• Permanent Basic registration certificate from local Medical Council of the candidate  
• Age: Preferably below 50 years

 Other Information 

• Medical Benefits: Ministry of Health will bear the cost of premium for enrolment in a health insurance scheme as decided by MOH. 
• Visa: Visa fees will only be paid for the employee. 
• Police Clearance Certificate: All candidates must have the police clearance certificate(Minimum 3 months’ validity) upon signing the contract 

The maximum number of application applicable per agency is as follows;

1. Specialist Medical Practitioners: (Maximum 5 Application for Each Post)

Special Note:

1. Interested registered agencies are invited to submit their applications. Please note that the services provided to the Ministry of Health shall not incur any recruitment fees/charges.
2. If the number of applications received exceeds the required limit, candidates who pass the screening process and score above 60% in the interview will be placed on a waitlist for future job openings. (Waitlist duration: three months from the date of this advertisement.)
