Request for Expressions of Interest

The government of Maldives has received Aid for the Enhancing Education Development Project (EEDP), administered by the World Bank and to be implemented by the Ministry of Education (MoE). Under the project, MoE will finance the improvement and/or expansion of schools across the country.

As part of this project MoE seeks a specialist/consultant to support on data analysis and reporting of national assessment of learning outcomes. Interested eligible Individual Consultants are invited to submit their Expressions of Interest for the following position.

Expressions of Interest need to be submitted along with the CV, reference letter, validated documents supporting the candidate’s qualification and experience, and the attested copy of ID card/Passport before 22nd December 2015, 14:00pm for the following position. The applications would not be processed if validated documents supporting the candidate’s qualification and experience is not submitted.

Individual Consultant to Support Ministry of Education on Data Analysis and Reporting of National Assessment of Learning Outcomes.

Objective

  1. The objective of this assignment is to; (i) carry out data analysis of national assessments of learning outcomes, and (ii) prepare and submit a report of findings of the aforementioned analysis.

Duration of service and terms of payment

  • The service is for a period of five months or any other time frame agreed by both parties. The consultant will be hired as a specialist/consultant under the project. This is a lump sum contract and will be paid on completion of the assignment outputs in accordance with the agreed rate.
