The Government of Maldives (“GOM”) represented by the Ministry of Tourism and Environment (“MOTE”) invites eligible investors, local or foreign, to submit their interest to develop a Tourist Hotel on the 13,300 sqft (Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred Square Feet) plot of land in Nilandhoo, Faafu Atoll, Republic of Maldives.

Hence, interested parties may attend the information sessions that will be held virtually at 10:00hrs (Local Time) Tuesday, 24^th February 2026. The application form to purchase the Bid Document is attached with this announcement. The Bid Document will be available to purchase from 2nd February 2026 to 31^st March 2026, between 09:00hrs to 13:00 hrs, excluding government holidays, at Ministry of Tourism and Environment (Velaanage 5^th Floor) reception.
