The Government of Maldives (“GOM”) represented by the Ministry of Tourism and Environment (“MoTE”) invites eligible investors, local or foreign, to submit their interest to develop a Tourist Hotel in 3-hectare plot of land in Funadhoo in Shaviyani Atoll.

Hence, interested parties may attend the information sessions that will be held virtually at 11:00hrs (Local Time) Monday, 23^rd February 2026.

The application form to purchase the Bid Document is attached with this announcement.  The Bid Document will be available to purchase from 1^st February 226 to 30^th March 2026 between 09:00hrs to 13:00hrs, excluding government holidays, at Ministry of Tourism and Environment (Velaanage 5^th Floor) reception.
