The Government of Maldives (“GOM”) represented by the Ministry of Tourism and Environment (“MOTE”) invites eligible investors, local or foreign, to submit their interest to develop a Tourist Resort in the island and plot of lagoon on the list below

Hence, interested parties may attend the information sessions that will be held virtually via TEAMS at 1000 HRS on 16^th February 2026(Monday) and 03^rd March 2026(Monday). Interested parties may submit proposals as follows:

To join the information sessions, kindly send an email requesting to join the information session along with your name, email address and phone number to [email protected] before 1200 HRS on 15^th February 2026and 02^nd March 2026respectively.

The application form to purchase the Bid Document can be obtained from the Ministry’s website (www.tourism.gov.mv).  The Bid Document will be available to purchase from 1st February 2026 to 31st March 2026, 0900 HRS – 1300 HRS, except for government holidays from Ministry of Tourism and Environment (Velaanage 5^th Floor) reception.
