MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

  • Degree in Architecture/Project Management or relevant field with minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience will be considered only upon submission of an official reference letter explicitly stating the duration of employment.

 

OVERALL SCOPE

Lead and oversee all architectural aspects of strata-managed properties, including planning, design, maintenance, and renovation projects.

 

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Lead strata management and portal related matters, design, and renovation projects for multi-unit residential and commercial strata properties.
  • Review and approve building plans, design proposals, and renovation requests in line with strata by-laws and building codes.
  • Conduct site inspections, assess structural conditions, and prepare detailed reports for strata committees.
  • Provide expert advice on building upgrades, maintenance, and restoration projects.
  • Collaborate with property managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project delivery within budget and timelines.
  • Mentor and supervise subordinates and design staff within the team.
  • Stay current with industry trends, materials, and sustainable building practices, guidelines and policy.
  • Serve as the point of contact for strata committees, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Provide technical guidance and other relevant information to ensure adherence to design standards.

 

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural design software.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and strata legislation.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and supervising contractors.
  • Ability to prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation for approval.
  • Should demonstrate effective communication skills and possess strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with management corporations, developers, and other stakeholders.

 

SALARY PACKAGE

Negotiable based on education qualification and experience.
