Total Salary 

• Develop a comprehensive slipway development plan for commercialization.
• Restructure slipway staff roles and responsibilities to support a commercial boatyard model.
• Design and conduct in-house technical training sessions for MIFCO engineers and onboard staff, including;

                 - Mechanical Engineering fundamentals

                 - Welding techniques ( all types)

                 - Marine code basics for onboard staff

                 - Maritime security awareness and fire safety procedures

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Certification of mechanical and 20 years experience on mechanical engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in slipway operations, mechanical engineering or marine engineering.
• Strong knowledge of welding process and safety standards.
• Experience in training or mentoring technical staff.

Skills & Competencies

• Technical expertise in mechanical engineering and welding.
• Knowledge of maritime safety regulations and practices.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and training delivary skills.
• Ability to lead and restructure teams effectively.
