MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Degree in relevant field with minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant field.
• Experience will be considered only upon submission of an official reference letter explicitly stating the duration of employment.

OVERALL SCOPE
Participate in all phases of software development lifecycle, including gathering and analyzing requirements, defining system functionality, coding, and creating application models.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Design and develop innovative, high-quality software solutions based on business and user requirements.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
• Analyze and understand complex system requirements, providing insights and recommendations for solution optimization.
• Identify and resolve deficiencies in existing software products by fixing bugs and providing timely enhancements.
• Work on the integration of existing software solutions, ensuring compatibility across diverse platforms.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve team performance and deliver quality software solutions.
• Write, maintain, and update software documentation, including technical specifications, operational manuals, and user guides.
• Tackle challenges autonomously while maintaining consistent communication with relevant teams.
• Implement best practices for maintaining code quality, management, and automation.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Strong programming experience in back-end technologies stack including C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Web APIs, MVC frameworks and front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js/Angular/Vue.js.
• Skills in databases technologies including MS SQL, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Experience with one of the cloud platforms such as Azure, or AWS/Google Cloud.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with development, operations, and security teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly under pressure, with a focus on delivering solutions in a timely manner.
• A keen attention to detail, ensuring high standards for system performance, security, and scalability.
• Proven ability to manage projects from infrastructure design to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and adherence to timelines.
