MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• A’Level 3 passes (or)
• O’Level 5 passes (Including English & Dhivehi) (or)
• Certificate 3 or 4 in a relevant field
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in a relevant field.

OVERALL SCOPE
Assist in the monitoring, basic maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of CCTV surveillance systems to support reliable and effective security monitoring services across the organization.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Provide technical assistance and support to end-users on CCTV system operations and related inquiries.
• Assist in troubleshooting common issues related to CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and network connectivity under supervision.
• Support the installation, configuration, and setup of CCTV cameras, recording systems, monitors, and related surveillance equipment.
• Assist in routine monitoring and maintenance of CCTV systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Respond to service requests and report system faults or operational issues to senior technical staff.
• Identify system malfunctions and recommend appropriate corrective solutions.
• Log support requests, document incidents, escalate complex technical issues when required, and maintain an updated database of encountered problems and resolutions.
• Assist in repairing or replacing faulty cameras, cables, and related equipment as instructed.
• Maintain and update CCTV equipment inventory records, including stock tracking and usage logs.
• Assist in the procurement process of CCTV equipment by providing technical input and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Assist in testing new CCTV equipment and surveillance technologies before deployment.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, system analysis, and networking concepts.
• Physically fit to perform manual tasks, including lifting, carrying, and installing equipment when required.
• Flexible to work after office hours or during emergencies when required.
• Basic problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing workloads and operational requirements.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with end-users and technical teams.

SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary of MVR 13,000.00
