 Net Salary Range: MVR 24,300.00 – MVR 26,300.00

 Health insurance will be provided after probation

 Retirement Pension Scheme: 7% of the basic salary will be contributed monthly to the Maldives 

 Retirement Pension Fund on behalf of the employee

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.

• Support sales growth through targeted campaigns and initiatives.

• Manage and maintain the Maldive Gas brand identity across all platforms.

• Oversee advertising, promotions, sponsorships, and corporate communications.

• Ensure consistency in messaging across digital, print, and on-ground marketing activities.

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, website, and online advertising.

• Monitor engagement, reach, and overall campaign effectiveness.

• Enhance customer engagement through digital channels and feedback mechanisms.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and feedback to improve offerings.

• Prepare market intelligence reports and performance analyses for management.

• Prepare and manage the marketing budget.

• Ensure effective utilization of allocated funds and maintain cost control.

• Monitor return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.

• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.

• Support product launches, pricing initiatives, and promotional activities.

• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports.

• Present insights, recommendations, and improvement plans to management.

Required Qualification

 Masters with 1 year experience or Degree with 3 years experience in relevant field / 5 years experience in relevant field
