Job Type

Basic : MVR 10250.00

Service Allowance: MVR 6150.00 (60% of Basic Salary)

Food Allowance : MVR 1800.00

Professional Allowance :MVR 4100.00,  MQA level 07,08 or 09 (40% of Basic Salary) MQA Level 05 ( 20% of Basic Salary)

Salary Breakdown

- Plan, supervise and ensure timely execution of civil engineering projects within approved budgets.

- Coordinate with relevant departments,authorities and project sites for drawings, procurement, permits and site supervision.

- Manage inspections, maintenance, documentation and reporting while supporting management and departmental objectives.

 

  Main Responsibilities
  • Preparing and reviewing project drawings.
  • Preparation of bid documents and supervision of the bidding process.
  • Undertaking site visits to various centers to supervise the civil engineering works of ongoing projects.
  • Liaising with civil departments concerning civil engineering activities at the centers.
  • Procuring and delivering necessary project materials to respective project sites.
  • Executing all tasks essential for project progression, including obtaining necessary permits and ensuring the establishment of robust safety protocols.
  • Ensuring that all company projects are executed promptly, according to plan, and within the allocated budget.
  • Regularly inspecting company infrastructure, assessing the safety conditions of buildings, identifying any areas requiring repair, and overseeing their maintenance and repair in consultation with management.
  • Preparing project budgets for the company and managing project funding in adherence to established accounting and finance procedures.
  • Ensuring secure and meticulous filing of all financial transaction documentation related to projects.
  • Undertaking travel to centers and any other locations as required by the nature of the role.
  • Collaborating with the Department Head and Chief Executive Officer to achieve the company's objectives as set by the management.
  • Actively participating in special activities as directed by company management.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Degree or Higher in Civil Engineering or any related field. Should be familiar with CAD program.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in related field
