MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• A’level 3 passes (or)
• O’level 5 passes (Including English & Dhivehi) (or)
• Certificate 3 or 4 in a relevant field
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in a relevant field.
OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible to carrying out the works of sales function of the Corporation and provide comprehensive administrative support.
SCOPE OF WORK
• Prepare sales announcements and perform administrative tasks related to the sales function, including organizing pre-proposal meetings and managing submission processes.
• Meet with potential customers and listen to their wishes and concerns to close a sales deal.
• Support the implementation of strategic plans aimed at achieving established sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty and improve customer satisfaction.
• Assist in preparation of reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing the sales metrics as directed by the supervisor.
• Build a positive relationship with various stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Attend to sales related correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain good knowledge of the company’s products and services.
JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Basic knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
• Strong customer-oriented skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
• Good Presentation skills.
• Considerable knowledge of the basic principles of sales and marketing.
SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary of 13,000.00
