MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• O’Level or Certificate 3 in Air Conditioning or relevant field (or)
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in relevant field.
• Experience will be considered only upon submission of an official reference letter explicitly stating the duration of employment.

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible to undertake all air conditioning and electrical works carried out by the section, with major focus on (but not limited to) air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Carrying out installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning units. Inspecting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting AC system faults.
• Performing regular preventive maintenance checks.
• Maintaining records of daily maintenance activities and reports.
• Test and commission air conditioning systems and ensure that they are in proper working condition.
• Identify and prepare a list of materials required for installation, repair, and maintenance of the system.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults and make repairs when necessary.
• Ensure health and safety measures and take precautions at work at all times.
• Ensure the buffer stocks are maintained regularly by coordinating with team members to procure the materials required.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good and working condition, ready to be used.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of ventilation systems, splits, cassette types, and/or central air conditioning systems (multiple brands).
• The ability to read electrical and HVAC layouts.
• Ability to manage and carry out the work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work long and odd hours.
• Should be able to prioritize tasks and manage one's own time effectively.
• Able to deliver effective result and meet tight deadlines and targets.

SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary of MVR 11,500.00
