Administrative Officer
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management or in relevant field.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in relevant fields.
- Experience will be considered only upon submission of an official reference letter explicitly stating the duration of employment.
OVERALL SCOPE
Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to ensure the efficient functioning of the department.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Bureau Director and Executive Secretaries to ensure the smooth functioning of bureau operations.
- Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external communication, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Attend to administrative tasks, including documentation, correspondence, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and events.
- Greet and receive visitors, manage meeting logistics, and oversee the entire visitor experience from pre-arrival arrangements to departure.
- Ensure all interactions, appointments, and communications with the Managing Director and Head of Department are handled efficiently and courteously.
- Provide administrative support to other Executive Secretaries, ensuring operational continuity and assistance during peak periods or staff absences.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely flow of information and completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and documents, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by the Head of Department.
- Perform any other duties assigned within the overall job scope to support effective operations of the department.
JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
- Should be an effectual communicator verbally as well as through writing skills.
- Should be well organized, detail-oriented, forward thinking and proactive.
- Should be able work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of Administration and Clerical work.
- Computer Typing Skills (Dhivehi/English).
- Familiar with Microsoft office package.
- Discretion and need for Confidentiality.
SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary of MVR 17,000.00
