Position Type: Permanent (Initial contract shall be for a period of 1 (one) year. The contract shall be renewed as permanent based on performance upon successful completion of one year.)

REQUIREMENTS

• IGCSE/GCE O’ Level 05 passes or Edexcel Int./GCE A’ Level 02 Passes (Grade C and above)
• Minimum 1 year work experience in Sales, Marketing or in a related field
• Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Able to work independently and adhere to tight reporting deadlines
• Pleasant personality

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in processing of the insurance, quotations, certificate and other related documents and support team overall activities of the section.
• Responsible for compilation commission and incentives statements.
• Sell insurance products by establishing contact with prospective clients and make timely follow-ups
• Represent the Company in sales trips, campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, or fairs to promote products and generate leads.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service for customers maintaining high standards of customer service
• Participate, assist and accomplish any other work if requested by immediate Supervisor and/or Head of Section and Senior Management
