TENDER NOTICE ISSUED BY STATE TRADING ORGANIZATION PLC TO FIND A PARTY TO PROVIDE FIRE LINE DESIGN AND WORK CONSULTANT FOR K.FUNADHOO (STO FUEL DC)

We invite local and international parties who are interested in the subjected works to propose their proposals in accordance with the information provided by State Trading Organization Plc.

General Description

Title:              State Trading Organization PLC (STO) invites to hire a party to Provide Fire Line Design and work Consultant for K.Funadhoo.

Scope:           -   Carry out inspection of existing facility to determine deficiencies.

                     -    To design fire safety system with required pipelines hydrants, monitors, and nozzles on tanks etc., at K. Funadhoo Terminal based on inspection and MNDF guidelines. Expected deliverables include but not limited to:

1. 1. Overall system line layout
   2. Flow Diagrams of system
   3. As-built drawings

Registration:                            Interested parties are to register by settling a non-refundable registration fee of US$ 150.00 latest by 11^th November 2015, 1000hrs. Method of payment shall be by Cash, Cashier’s Check or Direct Deposit to our US Dollar account A/c no. 200 005999 103, SWIFT code: HSBCMVMVat The Hong kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC).Parties who wish to register via Direct Deposit shall send the Payment Advice to the e-mail address specified below.

Issuance of bid documents:     A complete set of bidding documents in English will be issued to those who have registered under the subjected tender on 12^th November 2015. Bid documents will be issued through e-mail to registered parties.

Questions and Replies:            Questions shall be type-written in English and shall be e-mailed to the address specified below. Deadline for queries is 19^th November 2015, 1400hrs Maldives Time by e-mail. Replies to questions will be given to all those who bought the Tender Documents via e-mail by 25^th November 2015.

Tender Submission:                 Tender opening will take place on 06th December 2015 at 1500hrs, Maldives Time at State Trading Organization PLC, head Office Building in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
