MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• A’Level 3 passes (or)
• O’Level 5 passes (Including English & Dhivehi) (or)
• Certificate 3 or 4 in a relevant field
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in relevant fields.

OVERALL SCOPE
Carry out site administrative works with respect to the implementation and execution of projects under the guidance of Supervisor.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Assist in organizing and documenting weekly project monitoring meetings if required.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and statements.
• Observe and inspect projects during construction to assure work quality.
• Inspect and measure work in progress for compliance with agreement.
• Assist to record daily project logs, progress charts and maintain weather charts accordingly.
• Support the monitoring of ongoing projects to ensure they are progressing in accordance with approved plans and the Strategic Action Plan of the Corporation.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks by proactively coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment project execution with overall corporate strategies.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of administration and clerical work.
• Familiar with the Microsoft Office package or AutoCAD.
• Should be able to work in the field.
• Should be able to manage databases effectively.
• Should be well organized, detail-oriented, forward-thinking and proactive.
• Ensure confidentiality and exercise discretion.

SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary of MVR 13,000.00
