INVITATION FOR BID
The Government of Republic of Maldives represented by Ministry of Tourism and Environment has received financing from the Green Climate Fund under the Project Prepration Facility (for the project: Toward Risk-Aware and Climate-resilient Communities – TRACT) and intends to apply portion of the financing for eligible payments under the contract for the assignment “Procurement of a conference facility and services – Risk Register and Assessment Workshop, Male’”. The Ministry now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for this project.
A complete set of the bidding documents and related documentation is available on the Ministry of Tourism and Environment’s website www.environment.gov.mv for downloading. It is also attached with this advertisement.
Bid Validity and Bid Opening
Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, before 11:00 AM Maldivian Time on 09th November 2025. Late bids will be rejected.
The bids will be opened at 11:05AM on 09th November 2025 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.
