MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor of Quantity Surveying with minimum 1 years of experience in the field.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a relevant field.
• Experience will be considered only upon submission of an official reference letter explicitly stating the duration of employment.

OVERALL SCOPE
Establish the cost of installation, materials and workmanships while planning the estimate beneficial for both company and contractor for projects handled by the company.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Prepare quantity take-offs for preparation of tentative and details costs for in-house and out-source projects.
• Prepare bill of quantities and bill of materials for in-house and out-source projects.
• Prepare comparisons and cost evaluations for tender evaluations.
• Analyze current market rate and prepare rate breakdowns and databases.
• Analyze outcomes and assist in detailed progress reports.
• Perform risk and value management and cost control.
• Assist in intersectional and interdepartmental coordination and follow-ups.
• Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures while valuing engineering opportunities without compromising on quality and functionality.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to optimize design solutions for cost efficiency.
• Implicate of health and safety regulations.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Strong familiarity with project management software and technical know-how of projects.
• Should be an effective communicator verbally as well as through writing.
• Should be able work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary of MVR 21,500.00 to MVR 25,000.00 based of qualification and experience.
