INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Government of Republic of Maldives represented by the Ministry of Tourism and Environment (MoTE) has received funding from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) towards implementing the project “Integrated, Sustainable and Low Emission Transport in the Maldives" and seek to “Consultancy for an Agency for Communications, Public Awareness and Advocacy Program on Low Emission Transport (National)” for the project. The Ministry now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for this project.

A complete set of the bidding documents and related documentation is available on the Tourism and Environment’s website www.environment.gov.mv for downloading. It is also attached with this advertisement.

Bid Validity and Bid Opening

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, before 11:00 AM Maldivian Time on 14^th October 2025. Late bids will be rejected.

The bids will be opened at 11:05AM on 14^th October  2025  in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.

Proposals must be sealed and addressed as below
