Allowance

• Implementation of all projects related activities identified under the project.
• Ensure that the agreed upon deliverables are developed and shared with the relevant parties as directed in a timely.
• Supervise and facilitate the execution of graphic design services such as layout design templates, animation and digital illustrations to facilitate overall content creation in compliance with the mandate of MSFD.
• Maintain the quality of the photo, video, digital illustrations, layout and design, animation and presentation work, and ensure that it is consistently in alignment with the branding guideline, or its alternative best practices observed by MSFD. 
• Ensure that all reporting to the immediate supervisors on a timely basis. 
• Ensure that all records of all items purchased and relevant details thereof with registers of assets and inventoried items and all financial transactions, carried out during the duration of the service delivery.
• Ensure establishment of a proper filing system at of the content created to keep all relevant correspondents for reviewing and auditing.
• Any other tasks related to the media content creation, as advised by the head of Public Relations and Media Unit.
• Any other tasks on social sector development projects assigned by the Unit head.

Responsibilities

• Bachelors’s Degree in Graphic design, Computer Animation Art and Design, or a closely related field.

Job Deadline

The short-listed candidate will be requested to participate in personal interviews and submit the names and contact details of personal referees who can attest to their ability.

The successful candidate must understand the objectives and delivery mechanisms of the project’s portfolio. He/she must be willing to work in a team, be flexible to emerging or changing conditions, and undertake initiative in his/her broad field of actions

Interview will held between 29^h September 2025 - 15^th October 2025 in Ministry of Social and Family Development.
