Job Responsibilities 

• Raising Sales invoices
• Daily Bank Reconciliation
• Reviewing receivables aging and Preparing Customer Statement of Accounts
• Communicating with customers for collections of receivables
• General Ledger reconciliation
• Collaborate with team members for smooth operations of the division.
• Additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor

Required Qualifications 

A’ Level 3 passes or O’ level 5 passes with 1 year experience in relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, possess good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and willing to work long hours.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Customer service oriented.
• Positive working attitude and a good team player.
