INVITATION FOR BIDS

Consultancy Service for Data Collection, Analysis and GIS-Based Visualization

The Government of Maldives represented by the Ministry of Tourism and Environment (MOTE) has received funding from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) towards the implementation of the project “Capacity Strengthening for Improved Transparency of Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Actions in the Maldives (CBIT Maldives)” and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the “Consultancy Service for Data Collection, Analysis and GIS-Based Visualization”. The Ministry now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for this consultancy.

A complete set of the bidding documents and related documentation is available on the Ministry of Tourism and Environment’s website www.environment.gov.mv for downloading. It is also attached with this advertisement.

Bid Validity and Bid Opening

Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, before 11:00 AM Maldivian Time on 21^st August 2025. Late bids will be rejected.

The bids will be opened at 11:05AM on 21^st August 2025 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.

Bid Clarification

Any clarifications to the bid may be sent to  below given mail address on or before 17^th August 2025, at 1200 hours. Answers will be provided to all the queries received before the deadline and will be made available via the Ministry website (www.environment.gov.mv) on 18^th August 2025.
