INVITATION FOR TENDER

HIRING A PARTY TO CARRY OUT THE SERVICE OF STO HEAD OFFICE GARDENING AND LANDSCAPING FOR 1 YEAR

State Trading Organization Plc. (STO) is pleased to offer registered parties in Maldives, the opportunity to submit proposal for carrying out the service of STO head office gardening and landscaping for 1 year.

1.      Scope of Service Required

1.1   Gardening and landscaping of STO head office.

2.      The Eligible Tenderers are limited to:

2.1   The applicant must provide evidence of at least one similar nature of work completed within the past ten years.  

2.2   The applicant must not be a Blacklisted / Default/ Legal Customer of State Trading Organization Plc. or any subsidiaries of State Trading Organization Plc.

2.3   The applicant must not be blacklisted or debarred by the Ministry of Finance and must not have any unresolved issues with the Ministry of Economic Development or MIRA.

3.      Eligibility of the proponent will be validated by:

3.1   Reference letter/work completion certificates or any documentation in the name of Companies/Government Entities/Institutions/Commission etc. (any legal or government entity) for successful completion of at least one similar nature of work.

3.2   The applicant must not be a Blacklisted / Default/ Legal Customer of State Trading Organization Plc. or any subsidiaries of State Trading Organization Plc.

3.3    The applicant must not be blacklisted or debarred by the Ministry of Finance and must not have any unresolved issues with the Ministry of Economic Development or MIRA.

4.      Required documents for registration:

4.1   Company certificates (Registration certificate, Memorandum of association, Articles of association, Business information sheet, Bank details, Identity card of business shareholders, MIRA TAX clearance report and registration certificate).

Deadline for registration:       21^st July 2025, 11:00hrs

ONLY Eligible Tenderers can participate in the tender.

A complete set of Bidding Document in English will be sent via email only to the parties who have successfully registered and are eligible under the tender.
