REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

1. Maldives State Shipping Company Pvt Ltd., Republic of Maldives, invites local parties to submit proposals for the Provision of Cleaning Service of MSS Office Area (MSS-ANN/2025/003).

2. All interest parties should submit the proposal to the address below (in person) by 1130hrs on Tuesday, 29 July 2025.

3. A pre-bid meeting for the interested parties will be held Monday , 21 July 2025 at 1130 hrs. at Maldives State Shipping, 2nd Floor, Orchid Magu, Male’, Rep. of Maldives.

4. All parties who attend the pre-bid meeting will be registered to submit the proposal.

5. Proposals submitted by parties who are not registered will not be accepted.

6. Interested bidders may obtain further information by writing to the address and the last date to send queries is Thursday, 24 July 2025, 1400 hrs.
