Request for Expressions of Interest
Communication Specialist
The Government of the Republic of Maldives has received grad funds from World Bank, towards the cost Accelerating Renewable Energy Integration and Sustainable Energy (ARISE) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to eligible payments under the contract for the services of a Communication Specialist for the Project Management Unit (PMU).

The selection of the candidate will be carried out in accordance with the procedure set out in The World Bank Procurement Regulations of IPF Borrows; Procurement in Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services; July 2016; Revised November 2017 and August 2018.
The Ministry invites interested eligible individuals to submit their Expressions of Interest (EoI). Interested individuals must provide their CV with information demonstrating that they are qualified to perform the services (description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills, etc) covering the Key Qualification listed in the ToR.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contracted for an interview.
Deadline
Expression of Interest (EoI) must be submitted via email no later than 14:00hrs of 21st July 2025.
