Eligibility Criteria

Interested and competent contractors wishing to carry out the above project must submit the following documents with the Expression of Interest.

Mandatory Documents:

• Copy of Company Registration Certificate
• Company Profile Information sheet issued by the Ministry of Economic Development
• SME Registration Certificate
• GST Registration Certificate
• MIRA Tax Clearance Report (past 3 months from the date of bid submission)
• Quotation in MVR (completed, signed, and stamped)
• Payment Terms
• Delivery and Installation Schedule
• Bill of Material and Requirements (as per the RFP without any modifications, alterations, or suggestions)
• Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter / Certificate
• Declaration of Conflict of Interest (if the bidder has any family relationship with MWSC executives)
• Installation Team / Engineer(s) – minimum certificate (Copy of National Identification Card / Passport of Certified Engineers)
• Experience Reference Letters or Completion Certificates
• Payment Terms

Registration

To be registered in the tendering process, interested bidders must attend the information session as per the tender schedule, Hence only the participants who attend pre-bid/information session will be eligible to attend the bid submission and submit the bid proposal.
