The Maldives Pension Administration Office (Pension Office) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible and qualified Contractors for the development of the Pension Office Building at Hulhumalé, under a design and build contract.

The proposed development will be undertaken on Lot No. 11538 in Hulhumalé, a plot measuring 10,118.07 square feet, acquired by the Pension Office under a Land Sale Agreement with Hulhumalé Development Corporation Ltd (HDC). The project entails the construction of a 12 floor mixed-use office building with a footprint of 7,661.10 square feet.

Interested Contractors are requested to submit the required EOI documents via email to [email protected] before 23 June 2025 (16:00 hrs).
