Strategic Planning & Monitoring

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Degree in a relevant field with minimum 1 year of experience in related field.
• Experience will be considered only upon submission of an official reference letter explicitly stating the duration of employment.

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible for providing assistance in monitoring cooperate performance.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Assist in implementation of cooperate performance monitoring process for the organization, which includes an analysis of both financial and non-financial impacts on the company.
• Assist in Performance Measurement Analysis on quarterly basis.
• Assist in performance reports and schedules on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Assist in monitoring Strategic Business Objectives and provide recommendations for various processes.
• Coordinate with other departments and units to ensure effective and efficient operation of the Performance Management function.
• Assist in other works carried out by the Strategic Planning & Monitoring.
• Assist in implementation and monitoring of ESG Framework.
• Assist in monitoring Quality Objectives of all departments.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Ability to effectively apply statistical concepts to analysis.
• Familiar with accounting software.
• Knowledge of GAAP, IAS & IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in the use of network and PC-based software applications including menu-driven work processing, spreadsheet, database, and information reporting software.
• Should be well organized, detail-oriented, forward thinking and proactive.
• Able to critically analyze and forward thinking with a positive and result oriented attitude.

SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary of 17,000.00
