MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Degree in a relevant field with minimum 1 year of experience in related field.
• Experience will be considered only upon submission of an official reference letter explicitly stating the duration of employment.

OVERALL SCOPE
Plan, schedule and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with established ISO quality standards.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Review and evaluate process, procedures and documentation to ensure conformity with established quality standards.
• Identify non-conformities and divisions from established quality standards.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendation and areas of improvement.
• Communicate audit findings to the management and relevant departments.
• Collaborate and assist relevant departments to conduct root cause analysis and to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Evaluate opportunities for improvements from daily feedback on operational performance to ensure best corrective actions are implemented.
• Conduct Management Reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of the existing management system.
• Carry out any other relevant and necessary activities to improve operational and overall growth of the company.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align decisions with organizational goals.
• Strong investigative and interviewing skills to identify non-compliance and root causes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Should be well organized, detail-oriented, forward thinking and proactive.
• Able to critically analyze and forward thinking with a positive and result oriented attitude.

SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary of MVR 21,500.00 to MVR 25,000.00 based of qualification and experience.
