Delivery date: “Note 1: Bidder to propose Justifiable duration for delivery. Additionally, as this is an immediate requirement for successful implementation of MCEP project, For the purpose of evaluation, preference will be given to the bidder who offers the shortest delivery time and meets all the specified requirements.”
