Salary Package

-          Receive purchase requisitions from site and check whether all purchase requisitions are filled properly giving all the details.

-          Preparation of purchase order / work order

-          Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price,terms, deliveries and serviceswith suppliers.

-          Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers (Local & Overseas)

-          Monitor contractor performance, recommending contract modifications when necessary.

-          Delivery goods to the relevant section and get their signature on the goods receive note.

-          Any other related works as directed by site in-charge.

Key Responsibilities

-          GCE O’ Level (minimum pass in 5 subjects)

-          Ability to work longer hours.
