Educational qualification

Advanced Diploma in Accounting/Auditing with 1 year experience in Accounting /Auditing

 Priority will be given to the candidates who have completed ACCA/CIMA part one or candidates with bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with relevant experience will have an added advantage

Skills and Experience

Demonstrable more than two years’ experience in an auditing role and/or controls testing.

Strong understanding of information security controls & standards

Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)

High personal integrity with strong ethics and values

Key accountabilities include

To assist in developing Audit Universe and risk based Internal Audit Plan

To assist in developing audit engagement plan and developing audit programs

Conducting the audit assignments as per the engagement plan and obtaining sufficient and appropriate audit evidence.

Properly document audit working papers

Drafting Internal Audit Report based on the observations made in the audit process.

Doing additional audit work assigned by the Audit Manager and CIA.
