MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

• Degree or MNQF level 7 qualification in relevant field (OR)
• Diploma or MNQF level 5 qualification in relevant field with minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field.

OVERALL SCOPE
Provide administrative and technical support to the HRM Department in carrying out human resource activities and implementing best practice of HRM initiatives and programs in line with the department objectives.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Carry out recruitment processes which includes preparation of job advertisements, arranging job interviews and onboarding process.
• Review and update employee job descriptions and maintain up to date employee files and records.
• Attend to correspondences in relevant areas of work.
• Assist in effectively managing employee contracts and conducting probationary and contract evaluations.
• Carryout all works related to foreign staff management, including but not limited to visa, EA, medical, travel & accommodation arrangements.
• Build training programs from scratch (from the initial idea through planning, review and outcomes analysis) and delegate work to other members of the learning and development team.
• Produce training materials and contents for in-house courses.
• Identify new ways and areas of staff skill development programs.
• Provide support and coordinate on various projects and activities related to the performance management process.
• Assist in developing change management plans for projects.
• Formulate and implement policies for transparent and fair human resource management.
• Provide support to foster organizational culture and design initiatives to improve employee engagement, motivation and overall satisfaction.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Experience in relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge and application of HRM functions and practices.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Should be able to work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
• Should be able to prioritize tasks and manage one’s own time effectively.
• Familiar with Microsoft packages.

SALARY PACKAGE

Gross Salary between of MVR. 17,000.00 to 19,000.00 based on education qualification and experience.
