Tenderers are hereby invited by State Trading Organization Plc. of the Republic of Maldives, to hire an experienced party for Hulhumale warehouse insulation work
1. Project overview:
- Wall insulation and partition works
- Roof ceiling and insulation works
- Putty and painting work
2. The Eligible Tenderers are limited to.
- Parties who have successfully completed minimum 2 projects of similar nature of works, valued at 1 million or above in the past 7 years will be eligible for this tender.
- Similar nature of works will be considered as general construction or renovation works.
- Project completion will be validated only by reference letters/project completion letter, issued to the bidder by the respective client.
- Reference letters received ONLY in the name of the project owner (companies’/government entities/institutions/commissions etc.) will be considered and documents in the name of individual members/consultants will not be considered.
- STO reserves the right to verify the reference letters/project completion letter submitted by the Bidder and the Bidder shall, when so required by STO, make available all such information, evidence and documents as may be necessary for such verification.
- STO reserves the right to reject reference letters if the project completion date/year or scope of work is not clearly mentioned in the letter.
3. Tendering Process

Registration and Bid Document: |
Tenderers can register via email, [email protected], along with the eligibility documentsto verify the Eligibility. Eligibility documents: Referral letters along with the project data sheet (Annex I)
Deadline for Registration is 24th April 2022, 1100hrs.
A complete set of Bidding Document in English shall be sent via email before the end of 26th April 2022, only to the parties who have successfully registered under the tender.

Site visit will be held on 27th April 2022, 1100hrs at STO Hulhumale warehouse |

Questions and Replies: |
Questions shall be type-written in English and shall be sent via email to the address specified below. Deadline for queries is 08th May 2022, 0900hrs. Replies to questions will be sent on 10th May 2022, to all the parties successfully registered under this tender.

Tender Submission: |
Documents shall be emailed to [email protected] [NOT LATER than 17th May 2022 at 1100hrs.]
Submissions received after deadline shall be rejected.
