State Electric Company Limited (STELCO) is seeking to recruit talented and qualified candidates to fill the position of:

Project Manager

Basic Salary:

BetweenMVR 11,500.00 – MVR 22,540.00

Other Allowances:

Selected candidate will be entitled with other allowances as per company guidelines

Department:

Projects, Planning and Development Department

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Masters in a related field with 2 years of experience in a related field
• Or Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field with 7 years’ experience in a related field
• Strong familiarity with Project Management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Should be able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
• Proven Ability to complete projects according to the given timeline

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and Develop Projects
• Able to work in a team and individually
• Monitor and Evaluate Project Performance and Set Deadlines (Prepare documentations from the initial stage to the project closure.)
• Solve issues arise during the project period
• Identify areas for improvement
